WHAT IS EMS TRAINING?
EMS means Medical Electromyostimulation and is already being used. Used for many years in training and competitive sports as well as in therapy.
EMS is the stimulation of muscle contraction using electrical impulses.
The impulses are generated by a device and applied via electrodes to the skin surface of the muscles to be stimulated.
The impulses cause the muscles to contract so that the result is similar to normal muscle movements and contractions.
HOW DOES EMS TRAINING WORK?
During traditional strength training, the brain sends signals that stimulate the muscles. However, some muscles do not have a sufficiently developed connection to the brain,
to be activated so easily, they do not strengthen in the same way.
EMS training stimulates all major muscle groups, helping to develop motor nerve connections associated with muscle movement. By sending impulses directly to these motor nerves,Even weakly connected muscles are activated.
Since the muscle fibers are activated in an irregular order during EMS training,A higher intensity is applied right from the start.
This leads to faster formation of muscle fibers. Active muscle tissue requires more energy, which in turnBurns more calories, even when resting!
EMS training is tailored to the individual in one
20-minute application once a week (maximum every 4 days) under personal supervision
(1:1 maximum 1:2).
This state-of-the-art technology, offers all the benefits of a 90-minute sports session in just 20 minutes!
EMS Training increases muscle mass and reduces fat mass,
increases calorie burning capacity and boosts metabolism.
