In small group training, you train under the personal guidance of a personal trainer or myself, Patrick. This means we can always achieve a high level of success.Guarantee training quality and it is fun to train in a group depending on the training focus in the group. The small group training lasts between 30 and 60 minutes per training unit. We offer various targeted training sessions, regardless of whether you are a beginner, advanced or professional - age doesn't matter.

Pilates course

Pilates is a gentle but extremely effective training method for the body and also the mind.It is a systematic whole-body training that is based on a holistic approach. Similar to yoga, movement and breathing are linked together. Individual muscles or muscle groups are specifically activated, relaxed or stretched. The goal of Pilates is to systematically train the entire body through the following triad: Stretching exercises, strengthening exercises and breathing exercises. Pilates aims to activate the power user by tensing the back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, thereby stabilizing the core

The Pilates workout is ideal for back problems, cellulite or muscle loss. Pilates can quickly lead to quick success. The full-body workout is also suitable for beginners.

Pilates is a full-body workout that not only works the core, but also the muscles in the arms and legs.

Outdoor boot camp

Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp Voltamatte Basel-Johanns Park Basel around the corner - every fitness level welcome!

A fitness boot camp is outdoor training in the fresh air. Regardless of whether it is winter or summer, training is always done outside. A boot camp involves training in small groups supervised by a fitness coach. 

An outdoor endurance run, for example, is suitable as a warm-up. a nice cardio introduction. The participants then do targeted stretching exercises or preparatory exercises for the main part. The main part consists of circuit training with six to eight stations. Each station has a load duration of thirty to sixty seconds. All stations are rotated. The athletes have a 30 second break between each station. Depending on the number of participants, there can be two to four rounds in total. Finally there is a short cool-down.

Groupfit course for seniors fit 60+

This senior-friendly full-body training includes mobilization, stretching and strengthening exercises.

Torso and leg muscles in the foreground. We have fun training in a variety of exercises and the interaction of coordination, reaction and balance, as well as fall prevention as part of osteoporosis prevention.

The course is also suitable for those with physical limitations. All exercises are specifically and individually adapted to the physical capabilities of the participants.

This special training is aimed at all people aged 60 and over who want to do something good for their body.
