    • In athletic training, the focus is on optimizing movement efficiency. 

    • The focus of the training is holistically that we have to design the training taking all athletic abilities into account. Only when we train comprehensively and involve every single component do we get the desired results.

    • Motor, coordination and athletic skills need to be trained even in childhood. School sports come into play here and the curriculum already includes the fact that children should develop their movement skills. Excerpt from the syllabus:
